You can also put up a bulleting board and post positive comments on an employee's greatly appreciated efforts Highlighting the names of your employees who have shown promise in recent months or weeks can make them important. Make your top employee happier by assigning him to an exciting new project where he can develop his skills more and further widen his experience. Giving employees new venues for learning, performing, and growing as significant members of the company is a highly recommended form of personal recognition.
